fbajr Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the fbajr platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of fbajr, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Binding Agreement
By accessing fbajr, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the platform. These terms supersede all prior arrangements and are updated periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
18+ Age Requirement
fbajr is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. Age verification is mandatory. Any account found to belong to an underage player will be suspended immediately and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fbajr account credentials. fbajr will never ask for your password by email or chat. Report any suspected unauthorised access to our support team immediately.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one fbajr account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed without notice. Bonuses or winnings accrued on duplicate accounts are not transferable and may be voided.
Fair Play Certification
All games on fbajr use certified Random Number Generators. Game outcomes are independently verifiable. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through software exploits, collusion, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate account closure.
BDT Transactions
All financial activity on fbajr is denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through approved payment channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladeshi banks.

General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fbajr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the fbajr website at https://fbajr.net, its subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, progressive web application, and all associated services, game products, promotional offers, and payment facilities (collectively, "the Service").
By completing the registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, or by simply accessing and using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and close your account.
Important Notice: These Terms were last updated and came into effect on 1 January 2026. fbajr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered players and via a notice on the platform homepage. Continued use of the Service after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and fbajr.
fbajr operates as an online entertainment platform providing casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, and related gaming services to players located in Bangladesh. The platform is designed and optimised specifically for the Bangladesh market, with all transactions conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and all customer support delivered in English.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of fbajr is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your account.
18+ Only: You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use fbajr. This is a strict, non-negotiable requirement. fbajr does not permit access to minors under any circumstances, and any account determined to belong to an underage individual will be closed immediately with all associated funds forfeited.
In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all Players:
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another).
- You are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gaming activity is not prohibited under local law applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
- You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by fbajr or any affiliated platform, and you have not previously had an account closed for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of fbajr or any of its affiliated game providers, payment partners, or service suppliers.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
fbajr employs age-verification procedures at the point of registration and prior to processing any withdrawal request. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age (such as a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.
Parental Controls: fbajr strongly encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms. If you believe a minor has registered on fbajr using your details or payment methods, contact us immediately at support at fbajr.net.

Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of fbajr services — including deposits, withdrawals, game play, and promotional offers — you must complete the account registration process. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
The registration process requires you to supply at minimum: a valid and unique email address, a chosen username, a strong password, your full legal name as it appears on official identification, your date of birth, your country of residence (Bangladesh), and a valid phone number. You may also be asked to specify a preferred payment method during registration.
One Account Per Player: Each player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one account on fbajr. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, fbajr will merge or close the duplicates at its sole discretion. Any bonuses, promotions, or winnings associated with secondary accounts may be voided without compensation.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: fbajr implements a Know Your Customer process to verify the identity of all players prior to the processing of withdrawal requests and in certain other circumstances. KYC verification typically requires submission of:
- A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
- Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name).
fbajr commits to processing KYC submissions within 48 hours during business days. You will be notified by email of the outcome. Accounts undergoing KYC review may have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is successfully completed. Submitting fraudulent, altered, or third-party identity documents is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and referral to appropriate authorities.
Account Security Reminder: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your fbajr account. Keep your login credentials strictly confidential. Do not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. fbajr support staff will never ask you for your password.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on fbajr are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fbajr does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own payment provider in connection with transactions; fbajr does not impose additional processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals through Approved Payment Methods.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on fbajr is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In exceptional cases, deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear. If a deposit does not appear within this timeframe, contact support at fbajr.net with your transaction reference number.
Approved deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The full list of currently active deposit channels is displayed in the fbajr cashier section. fbajr reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without advance notice.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within two hours on average and within a maximum of 24 hours for standard requests. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent technically possible. This policy exists as a fraud-prevention and anti-money-laundering measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests submitted prior to completion of KYC verification will be placed on hold until verification is finalised.
- fbajr reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Players will be informed if additional documentation is required.
- Winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied.
- In the event of a technical error that results in a credited amount greater than that which was wagered or earned, fbajr reserves the right to recover the excess amount from the account balance prior to processing any withdrawal.
Anti-Money Laundering: fbajr maintains strict anti-money laundering controls. The platform is not to be used as a financial transfer service. Depositing funds without engaging in genuine game play and then withdrawing the same amount constitutes suspicious activity and may result in account review, suspension, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions
fbajr offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated clearly at the point of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
The following general bonus conditions apply to all fbajr promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted into withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳30,000 in total qualifying wagers must be completed).
- Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games such as Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and Baccarat may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). Sports betting contributions vary by market. The exact contribution rates for each game category will be listed in the promotion terms.
- Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a specific promotion explicitly permits it. Requesting a new bonus while one is active will result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
- Bonus Abuse: fbajr actively monitors for patterns of play that indicate bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus funds without genuine engagement with the platform. Where bonus abuse is identified, fbajr reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and in severe cases, close the account.
Promotional Calendar: fbajr aligns seasonal promotions with key dates in the Bangladeshi calendar, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March), as well as major cricket events such as BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. Game Rules & Fair Play
fbajr provides access to games supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates under the rules set by its respective provider. These provider-specific game rules are accessible within each game's help or information section and supplement these Terms.
Random Number Generation: All non-live casino games on fbajr utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random, independent of prior outcomes, and not subject to manipulation by the platform, the provider, or the player. Live casino games (such as Live Teen Patti, Live Andar Bahar, Live Roulette, and Live Baccarat) use physical dealing and spinning mechanisms in real-time studio environments, streamed via HD video.
Return to Player (RTP): Each game on fbajr has a published theoretical Return to Player percentage, which represents the expected average percentage of wagered funds returned to players over a statistically significant number of rounds. RTP figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session. RTP information is available in each game's details panel.
Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, network disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the round may be declared void and the wager refunded to the player's account balance. fbajr's decision on such matters is final. Where a malfunction results in the display of an erroneously high winning amount, fbajr reserves the right to void the payout and credit the correct amount as determined by the game log.
Prohibited Play Strategies: The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical device to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform is strictly prohibited. Collusion between players in live table games is also prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and potential legal action.
Dispute Resolution: If you believe a game outcome was incorrect, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the relevant game round by contacting support at fbajr.net with your account username, game name, round ID, and a description of the issue. fbajr will review the relevant game logs and provide a written resolution within 5 business days.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using fbajr, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following obligations apply to all registered players at all times:
- You will provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration and throughout any subsequent verification or KYC process.
- You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or financing of prohibited activities.
- You will not attempt to access accounts belonging to other players, probe or test the security of the platform, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
- You will not use VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your true geographic location or bypass any access restrictions imposed by fbajr.
- You will not engage in any form of collusion with other players in multiplayer or live dealer game formats.
- You will not make chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting fbajr support to seek resolution. Unwarranted chargebacks constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and debt recovery proceedings.
- You will keep your account credentials confidential and notify fbajr immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- You will not use offensive, threatening, or abusive language when communicating with fbajr support staff or other players via any platform feature.
fbajr reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these obligations and to take appropriate action, which may include account suspension, permanent closure, withholding of funds pending investigation, and referral of the matter to law enforcement authorities where warranted.
Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fbajr's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. fbajr is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Account Suspension & Closure
Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time. The conditions and consequences of closure vary depending on whether closure is initiated by the player or by fbajr.
Player-Initiated Closure: You may request closure of your fbajr account at any time by contacting support at fbajr.net. Upon receiving a valid closure request, fbajr will process any pending withdrawal of your real-money balance to your last used Approved Payment Method, provided KYC verification has been completed. Closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours. If you are requesting account closure as a responsible gaming measure, please refer to the self-exclusion options described in our Responsible Gaming Policy.
fbajr-Initiated Suspension or Closure: fbajr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the bonus system.
- Use of prohibited software, bots, or technical exploits.
- Chargebacks or unjustified payment disputes initiated by the player.
- Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by or on behalf of an underage individual.
- A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal obligation requiring fbajr to restrict or terminate access.
Where fbajr closes an account due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be released to the player. Where a material breach is confirmed, fbajr may forfeit the balance in full.
Dormant Accounts: An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. fbajr will make reasonable attempts to contact the registered email address before any dormancy policy is applied. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their accounts active or to formally request closure if they no longer wish to use the Service.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through fbajr's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to a competent authority. fbajr's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
